NPCS of the world of GlamHaven

It took a while but I managed to get the colourful creatures done. This consists of masculine characters, Drag Queens and Nuns... Yes, Nuns. I've been delving into queer history and i stumbled upon the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and their contribution to the queer community.  The goal in the future is to have little queer history tidbits to teach the player about the community. The characters are in the first 6 seconds of the video, I have yet to figure out the proper way to edit videos. It always goes blurry. Does anyone have an idea or a free program that can edit videos well?
